Alone in a Crowd.
That’s our band theme for this year. Tomorrow’s our state championships, and then in November is Nationals. I’m really nervous, honestly. We’ve won 1st for the past 4 years in a row, so I’m worried about the chances of the judges not wanting us to win again. We’ll just have to give them a kickass show, to show we deserve it.
*knocks on wood for good measure*
Not much is new. I’m currently with this guy (senior) that goes to my school. I’ve liked him for a little while, and he asked me out recently. So I said yes. He’s the biggest dork you’ll ever meet, but is also one of the sweetest people I know. <33 He genuinely seems concerned when I’m upset about something, and will use all his dorky tactics to make me smile again. It isn’t that difficult around him, because really… he has an amazing smile, and is super cute. Almost like a little puppy giving you cute eyes to make you happy. So things wouldn’t randomly pop up later on, I told him some of the not-so-pretty things about my life thus far, and he’s accepted them all. It feels amazing. I’ve always been paranoid of what people would think of me if they knew everything about me. To have it accepted without question is new. I care for him a lot. <3
I’m starting to feel sick again. My sister has been home sick for the past two days, so I blame her. Grrrr. I’m tired of being sick. The last time I was, it lasted for a bit over two weeks. I hope it doesn’t last that long again.
So, yeah. That’s about everything that’s new at the moment.
